The Microsoft Teams Users Group focuses on building a community around Microsoft Teams. It includes users, administrators, partners, and developers interested in productivity. We provide updates and guidance on communications, AI, and data integration to enhance human and agentic interactions. Our meetings cover technical and business aspects of using Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and related tools to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy. We also bring in experts to educate on Microsoft Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams, O365, Voice AI, and other topics requested by the community.

The Microsoft Teams Users Group is organized exclusively as a trade association within the meaning of section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future United States Internal Revenue law.
